So glad I found this!

Decent tool, minor improvement needed

The Rotoshovel is a pretty good tool for gardening. It definitely made digging easier for my Landscaping Auger project. The shipping was quick, and customer service was responsive when I had a question about the battery. However, while the tool is powerful, I found the weight distribution a little off after extended use, making it slightly uncomfortable. It's not a deal-breaker, but it could be improved for better ergonomics. Overall, it's a solid product and good value for what it does.

Worked great, fast delivery

Needed a new digging tool. Bought the Rotoshovel. It arrived quickly. Worked perfectly for planting. Simple to use. No complaints.

Reliable tool, consistent service

I've purchased from Rotoshovel a few times now, mainly replacement auger bits and this time a new 12 Volt Lithium Ion 2.0 Amp Hour Rechargeable Battery. My previous battery was getting old, and I knew I could rely on them for a new one. The ordering process was consistent with my past experiences – easy to navigate the site, and quick checkout. Shipping was just as fast as before, arriving exactly when they said it would. It's why I keep coming back; the products are dependable, and the service is always reliable. It's good to know what to expect.

Efficient tool, quick shipping

I ordered the Rotoshovel Powered Handheld Shovel with Auger, along with an Extension Handle, and the experience was mostly positive. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Shipping was surprisingly fast; I got everything within three business days. Packaging was robust, and all items arrived in perfect condition. I used it for digging holes for bulbs and small plants, and the auger bit worked efficiently, even in somewhat compacted soil. The battery lasted through several hours of intermittent use, which was better than I expected. My only minor point would be that the instruction manual could be a bit clearer on battery care, but otherwise, it's a solid tool that makes gardening much easier.

Helped with my garden

So, I got the Rotoshovel to help with planting some new shrubs. Shipping was pretty quick, it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. It worked well for digging the holes, way easier than doing it by hand. No issues at all, just a smooth process from ordering to using it in the yard. Happy with it.

Good value for money
